    You may also need to update your Medical Group assignment. To do so, please call your insurance provider and request to have your medical Group changed to:

    Healthly Medical Group and Identify the name of your desired CAMG Physician

    After you have updated your Medical Group Assignment, please contact us to schedule your next appointment at: (909) 850-4211. Our dedicated team is eager to provide you with exceptional service and personalized care.

  • We are excited to be partnered with Healthly Medical Group to provide greater access to Insurances.

    We are still working to grow our contracts and expect to add more in the upcoming months. Please reach out for more specific insurance details.

  • We have 3 Clinic locations in Redlands, Yucaipa, and Beaumont, California. Please visit our locations page for full details and directions.

  • Hours are listed on the locations page for each location, we are typically open from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

  • We are rapidly growing and adding Providers to our team. If you do not see a specific provider listed, please contact us to let us know who your Physician is. We look forward to growing Community Alliance Medical Group for the betterment of our community.

    Currently, to get started with Community Alliance Medical Group, you will need contact us for scheduling and find out if you need to change your medical group assignment to our group. We look forward to assisting you with this onboarding process.
